I had an outstanding experience with Classic Collision in Raleigh. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, organized, and stress-free. The staff kept me informed throughout the repair with regular updates, answered all of my questions, and treated me with courtesy and respect. The quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations. My vehicle looked like new when I picked it up, and the attention to detail was obvious. They completed the work on time, and the car was returned clean inside and out. It's refreshing to find a business that takes pride in both its craftsmanship and customer service. I highly recommend Classic Collision to anyone needing collision repairs. They made a difficult situation much easier, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

If you were in an accident, take your car here to get repaired. There are a lot of body shops to choose from and the insurance companies have their preferred shops. Let me save you sone time deciding because these guys are the real deal. Mike and Jeremy were awesome to work with and I would definitely bring another vehicle here. Highly recommended.

Brooke and her team did such an amazing job . I can’t even begin to tell you how much I appreciate them for fixing my crazy mistake ! I am a single mother and I worked super hard to purchase my dream truck and was devastated when I messed up my door but Brooke made me comfortable the entire process. I can’t even tell where the damage was and they didn’t even have to replace my door which was awesome! Thank you guys so much for fixing my vehicle for me and my son 🫶🏽

Classic Collision did an amazing job on my 4Runner. The whole process was smooth and they had it done ahead of schedule. The work was flawless and the staff was honest and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

Amazing, sums up my description of the service and repair! While searching for a place to repair my car, I selected this business because it’s close to my home ( I had no prior knowledge about the great reviews). I took my car in for a quote and while I was waiting, I checked the online reviews and was thrilled with what I saw. During my visit, Brooke and Jeremy took a look and gave me an overview of the projected labor/pricing/timeline, all of which they delivered on. Brooke was great to work with (VERY responsive, knowledgeable, and kind). The repairs were major (a 18 wheeler trailer swiped the driver side of my car) and I was so thrilled with the final outcome…my car looks amazing!!!! Overall, if you’re in need of body repair and want a team that’s honest, fair (pricing), responsive and does a GREAT job, I highly recommend Ultimate Auto Body.
